Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription products purchased from Auremod renew automatically each month. Your selected payment method will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes, until you cancel.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account on our website, without contacting customer support.

To prevent the next monthly charge, complete your cancellation before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. For those orders, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. To request cancellation of a one-time order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
